Absolutely fantastic, responsive and professional service with regard to refinancing. The two individuals I worked with were prompt, clear and extremely helpful in everything they did, made sure I understood the options presented and actively participated in the process generally. Quorum was awesome to deal with for my mortgage needs. They quoted me the lowest rate for my mortgage compared to other banks. The mortgage team led by Kathy was always on top of things and very quick to respond on all queries. We had a last minite hickup from Sellers lawyer however the team worked tirelessly to get the paperwork done and make closing happen on time.

Quorum is a great organization with which to do business. In addition to having several accounts with them, I also have a mortgage with them. The rate was among the best offered and the follow through to closing was excellent. My inquiries have always been promptly addressed and the service provided by the staff has been consistently excellent. The HELOC application was approved within days, and the closing happened within weeks. I would certainly recommend using Quorum for a HELOC.

My monthly payment is due on the 12th of the month. I called on the 11th to pay my Invoice and was told I would be charged a late fee because it takes their system 6 days to process a payment. I asked them why I was being charged a late fee when I am paying in advance and the representative said it is because their systems takes 6 days to post the payment and my payment will not show up as paid until the 19th of the month, which makes it late. At Quorum, we do not currently have an over-the-phone payment solution. However, in order to make it easier for our members to pay their loans, we do allow them to initiate an ACH origination into their existing account, which can be initiated over the phone. ACH originations require a 6-day processing period which enables Quorum to verify the account information with the Member’s other financial institution.
