Terrible place out dated, paint peeling off. TV did not work properly. Shower was just dribbling no pressure. Door handle on wardrobe had come off bits on the base of cupboard, my husband fixed that. Only one tissue in tissue box. Bath towels had stains on it. WiFi problems in bedroom so I had to go to the bar area to get better WiFi reception. We paid £95 that was a rip off. The room was tired and lacked any attention. Needs a full refurbishment. Wallpaper peeling Holes in walls Carpet loose and trip hazard Shower to low, and it's like trying to crack a safe.

Diabolical disgusting and a rip off. The hotel is in a disgusting state, dirty, damp and dangerous. The bathroom is a health hazard and almost broke my neck trying to find the light switch behind the door. Theres a lip down to the shower that you cant actually see so to turn on the ligh you have to walk into the shower (as door is in the way), close the door and then turn on the light Walls are damp, your things stick to the surfaces. I'm giving 3 stars but a bit grudgingly as the hotel is tired and run down The staff are great but it needs Alex Polizzi to sort it out.. And it's expensive the premiere in would be a better choice I think The biggest failing?? Toilet roll under handed😱 And NO AIR CON
