Excellent gym with great equipment and the owner Danny was very helpful getting me signed up and sorted. Nice and easy and the range of equipment is perfect so even when it’s busy there’s plenty for everyone without waiting.
QuoVadis owner Danny is a very close friend- well family (through marriage) & has been for years ! We have had many sessions together and I have had his words of wisdom and advice through tricky times in my competition preps. He invited me to train at his new gym (Quo Vadis ) I was so impressed i had to give my feedback .
