I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the rooms were genuinely beautiful. Ken at the reception was exceptionally polite, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible service once you sign the lease they just start to ignore you paying all that rent and service charge yet nobody is at the concierge desk etc have a parcel room where your parcels get stolen or driver can’t get into to drop them off so utterly useless they show you all the nice communal areas then close most of it for maintenance and the Wi-Fi system is horrific you have to log into the website to manually register your devices so they can connect instead of having a router in your apartment like 99% of places.
