Visited PS Motors for routine service. All COVID precautions were evident. Check in quick. Waiting areas are set up with distancing and comfortable. Showrooms are nearby and offer a peaceful way to pass the time and stretch me legs. My vehicle was washed and my drivers area was disinfected while I watched. My writer was Nick.
We have been their clients for almost 8 years. we love and appreciate their employees. they are kind and really care about their clients. Best experience EVER with a dealership. Roy is the best! Izzy is great too! Best customer service honestly everyone there was really nice even had me wait in the lounge while I waited for my vehicle and Roy even made me a latte while I waited. Great job from the service department. However, you will then have to endure a telemarketer from their sales department. I would rather find another place to do the service than put up with such an intrusion!
