I love it when service writer Nick takes care of my car. He is great with estimating how long my car will take to be serviced and keeps me updated when necessary. I always feel that everything will be taken care of when he is the one to write up specific needs, and is approachable when I need to explain the issue with my car. I’ll be returning for the life of my Mazda.

I went in Tuesday morning to get my car service and was great by a very nice gentleman named Darly Ostrovsky. I got there about 7:20 and he asked if I had an appt and I said we I don’t think so. He said no problem and and I said I hope it doesn’t take long and he said let’s see what we can do for you. I was out of there by 8:30. He was very nice and has great customer service. Palm Springs Motors is the best. Roy Hoffman in Sales is absolutely amazing. I went to him 2 years ago thinking there probably wasn’t a chance I’d leave with a car but he said he could help me and he did! I only qualified for a Fiesta but it was NEW and RELIABLE!! Now 2 years later I just purchased my second car through Roy, a Ford Fusion and I absolutely love it 😍 I will never go anywhere else!!! If you’re looking to purchase a car, I highly recommend you go to Palm Springs Ford and ask for Roy Hoffman 😊
