RecommendedUnlike past experiences I walked away less confident that everything we wanted addressed was. I turned in the car at 1pm and received a call that it was ready about 3:30. There is generally a checklist indicating what they’d checked. There was no checklist this time. My husband was concerned, called them and was ensured everything was addressed. We’ve got a long trip. Hope and pray no problems.

I had bad service as I took in my truck for an oil leak, and starting problem first they come up with oil leak not being covered under warranty like usual, then it takes them a week to get my truck back, 3 hour job, I don’t know they scheduled to take my truck in if they didn’t have time, I get my truck back they say everything is good I ask about the starting problem, there response it work fine when it was here, I drive out the next 3 times in a row that I turn it on it was acting up, I took it in to a different shop so th... read more
