Just purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul + 1 Million edition. The transaction was smooth, everything done online and over the phone, they even delivered the car and picked up the trade. This was especially appreciated during the pandemic. And a shout out to Joey Zamora in internet sales.

Recently had routine maintenance performed and leaky shock absorber was found. There was a question of a deductible cost on the extended warrantee or not. I was informed at the repair date that there was no deductible charge. The repair was completed and life goes on. I am happy with the service staff and Palm Springs Motors.

We were treated with kindness, great service and advice from all we came in contact with that day. Daryl showed us to the upstairs lounge which was comfortable and had coffee available as well as Wi-Fi so Dave could work at his computer. Daryl was gracious, kind, informative and had a great sense of humor. Thank you for this experience and we look forward to a repeat when the car is ready for the next appointment.
