RecommendedI found the Service agent Nick very friendly. when I first drove in I had been hit by Deer and had damage to my front driver side, as soon as i open my door its metal on metal. Right away the fellows working there came to see my problem. They suggested they would have my vehicle looked at in the Auto body Shop for an estimate on fixing it. Everyone was so prompt. Had recall and scheduled service done and could not have been any happier. Very knowledgeable staff and great communication. Usually despise going to a dealer for service but Palm Springs Ford made it enjoyable.
