Great service as always at Palm Springs Motors
I brought my 15 Mustang Ecoboost in for problems with the transmission. The service advisor popped the hood and made some comment about mice foot prints on the plastic covers, saying the wires might have been chewed. It sounded like a ploy to deny warranty. To say the least that was not very comforting to hear for an initial inspection. Save those "it's your fault" ploys AFTER you know whats wrong. And PROVE it.
