The service department is awful. I could go on and on about experiences there, however I will simply state here that if you want your blood pressure to stay at a healthy level, avoid Palm Springs Motors!
You guys said my battery was fine. 2 days later I had a dead battery. I trusted you! Came for an oil change . Got that and 275 more in charges. I don’t trust you guys and will tell anyone who will listen.
Had my car serviced there recently and had a wonderful experience. Everyone there is super friendly. They are attentive and make sure you walk away satisfied and happy. Ignacio was great and helpful, took great care of my car. Julio also stood out as well.... there were some others that were great too but unfortunately dont know names.
I had an emergency service problem just before I was leaving town and even though they were swamped with no available appointments they not only ran a diagnostic but ordered the necessary part and completed the labor before I had to leave town and it was all covered under warranty
Duncan was my service advisor and he was extremely accommodating. I brought my car in with no appointment and he immediately took care of me. I had a cracked radiator and the job was done in a day and a 1/2. Parts ordered, car repaired, washed and ready to go. Great service. Highly recommended if you drive a Ford product.
We have purchased many vehicles from Palm Springs Motors in the past and on Wednesday purchased a beautiful new F-150 from them. We had a super salesman Joey Zamora who really listened to all our needs and fulfilled them. I take all my vehicles to Ford for their service and maintenance including all types of tires My merceydes low profile tires and alignment, my man has LT 10 ply super duty load weight tires my truck has big lifted 35 17 inch rim tires, Ford carries all tires for the best deal road hazards included I appreciate Johnny Fitzgerald Quick Lane I do all my own oil changes they are so efficient.
