I purchased a used Mustang from another dealer, and took it in for service at PSM for the first time last month. Ignacio Cazares was very professional, and ultra helpful. The shuttle driver was great as well. Everything was well organized, quick and efficientl. This was a much, much better experience than I've been getting with my wife's Jaguar and her dealer. Juan was an absolutely wonderful sales rep. He even fed us lunch. He followed up with a couple phone calls to make sure the car was running fine. I love my Mazda3 hatchback! So much room and so fast! It was hard to give up my Mazda Miata, but not big enough. I will always miss “Daisy”, but “White Lightning” is endearing herself to me. I highly recommend the Mazda3 hatchback. Palm Springs Motors is a great place to buy one.
