Wally Galbraith is by far the best service advisor. He took care of my cars in Seattle, so I was ecstatic to see him at Palm Springs Motors so he could take care of my Mazda5.
From the time I purchased my vehicle in 2016 they have taken care of all maintenance and recall repairs. The Quick Lane has performed beyond expectations from getting best price on new tires to taking care of unexpected issues. Every time I come out of there I am thankful I bought my Ford from Palm Springs Motors.

I love this dealerships service department. I have been able to receive great service and obtain the service date I needed by calling a couple days in advance. Ignacio has been great as my service writer. I’m a firm believer that the dealerships service department, is only as good as the service writer. We just moved here from Westlake Village, north of Woodland Hills, about 15 minutes, where we did have the “Black Label Service;” (pick up and delivery for service option) Unfortunately we live outside the distance limits for... read more
