I’ve owned nothing but Fords my whole life but after my experience with Palm Bay Ford I’m second guessing what brand I will go with next. I’ve received nothing but bad customer service with Palm Bay Ford. They left me without my vehicle for 7 days no loaner car had no transportation to work. They said they wouldn’t give me a rental until after they figured out how long the fix would be. Horrible customer service. Even worse service department. Stay away
They will take your car apart for warranty work, give it back to you taken apart, and not help you load it into a trailer. I would go somewhere else for your service needs!
