Do not buy a car from these people. My sister bought a car from them back in May I was the co-borrow and these fools never sent in her loan application yet. They do not do their job!!!
I purchased a F-250 Superduty in November of 2017 from Palm Bay Ford. I have brought up several repeated issues and not one of the issues have been written down or documented except for the major warranty items. I do not have the faith in the quick lane for any corrections that need to be taken care of. With the response that I have received from Palm Bay Ford to dismiss any course of corrections and give nothing but excuses.
