Absolutely the best service for my vehicle I went to the other Ford dealer here in Melbourne and have been treated like garbage. Their best service writer is now at Palm Bay Ford and she took excellent care of me. Tracy is amazing, attentive and courteous.

Well I sold a car to Play Bay Ford and was told I would receive a check from them in 3 to 4 days, after a week goes by, and the truck is on the lot to be sold, I was told they could not pay me until a check for any leans is cleared and it could take up to a month. Well there obviously are no leans and a clear title in their hands or they could not have it on the lot to sell.
