Palm Bay Ford is a great place to buy a new vehicle. It has been over two years since I purchased my Escape and they still treat me like I was the most important person in the shop. The service department is hard working group of people and very friendly. They always do a great job when I take my car in for service. I just set in the waiting room and enjoy popcorn and TV. Don't worry about it being done right they always do the best job ever. Thanks again for your kindness.

Nothing. have service warranty and they charged me 89 for an oil change with synthetic oil. I could do it cheaper myself
