Love my Ford Fusion. Never had any issues with it. I have it serviced at Palm Bay Ford and they have always been very efficient, even providing transportation when I needed it.
Good people; good stuff, One Ford Team
The pictures are tough to see, but yes, these are zip-ties holding on an access plate for the oil filter on my 2013 f-150. Palm Bay Ford on the other hand understood I had many buying options. Right from the beginning my sales guy Michael Hobbs worked hard to gain my business and everything he promised happened. From the sales to the financing par... read more
Friendly atmosphere. The salesman’s were great and I will always go to Palm Bay Ford for my vehicle.
Yesterday on our way home to Charlotte NC we had to make an emergency stop into This dealership. With 8 hours left on our drive our heat shield was dragging on the road — making the worst noise. This is the heat shield under the passengers feet which I just had put on brand new on 11/1—because the last one did same thing came undone and dragged on road till it was shredded! A service writer—told us it’d be 45 minutes or more to fix. Once I explained we had another 8 hours to drive home (didn’t get his name) he got a mechanic... read more
