I needed a new battery and a diagnostic, with no appointment and as quickly as possible. Chris, in the Service Dept., was so helpful. I not only received the highest quality service, but Chris also discovered a forgotten coupon for an oil change so that, even with no appointment, all I paid for was the new battery. My mustang was just detailed inside and out. Overall rating is good. My only complaint is, that i asked for extra attention to the coweling. It has faded and it needed to be "blacked" out (service techs words) and it wasnt. Still shows some fade.

He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Having front line employees like Chris H. is what makes your service department special!
