I found a vehicle at Palm Bay Ford and really liked it. Because of work I had to work with a salesman through email. We sent each other a few emails concerning the vehicle for sale and my trade-in. On Friday afternoon the salesman sent me a quote. I emailed him back asking if they could come down a little more and haven't heard from him since (3 days). Will say one thing you get treated right when you walk in. Want to than Steve Rothe for his help and for JB as my car salesman making sure I was getting into the right car for this time.
I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from the manager, Glenn and associate, Sophia. We experienced a problem on our last visit and the manager went out of his way to guarantee we receive the best customer service and took care of us. Love the people there! Didn't try and run me around. Car buying is an all day experience, and I was surprised to be out in under 3 hours from paper to keys! No back and forth insane haggling you get at other dealerships! I told them what I could do, they told me what they had, and that was that! They delivered! Service and warrantys are buyer beware anywhere, but the sales people make it worth coming back for the service!
