Stopped in for the 6 month service on our F350 this morning. Rose took very good care of our truck and had us back on the road in no time. The service and treatment were absolutely outstanding. Plus the customer lounge was very nice and had fresh hot coffee. As a ‘Snow Bird’ I can tell you that Palm Bay Ford is ‘Our Ford Dealer’ while in Florida. Merry Christmas Jeff and Flo Turner. ����
Bought a car from there, purchased extra insurance for repairs and was lied to about what that Ins. Covered. Lousy and slow service there. I will not buy from there again.. it's all about them making a big commission off of the customer...
I went to have my ford transit serviced, I didn’t have an appointment, the place looked very busy, I was reluctant to stop. I was treated with respect and curtesy. Sophia was great. It took over one hour, price was fair. Thank You �
I made an appt for 1:00 on Wednesday. The reminder text said 3:00. I thought ok whatever. I can do 3:00 instead of the 1:00 I requested. Then afterwards they say oh sorry can’t wash your car🙄 stopped working about 3 hrs ago. And I’m thinking if I would have said something and come at 1:00 I’d have gotten a car wash. It seems like it’s always something every time I drive from N Melbourne t PB for a free oil change.
Great people and they makes your service experience comfortable. You can stay and wait or get a shuttle home then come back and get you when your vehicle is done..
