The service was great! We loved our salesman Sam Costa- he went out of his way every step of the way to ensure that we found our perfect car. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from Palm Bay Ford and I am excited to continue working with them in the future.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Their Service department is a total rip off! They don't even have they courtesy to call people back! They have had our car for a total of 17 days, and now they don't know where it is! We paid $2700 the first time and the problem wasn't fixed. Now they have had it for 13 days want another $1500, and we can't get any info on when it will be ready!
Palm Bay Ford is a great establishment they have friendly and courteous employees that are very knowledgeable and help you along the way in your purchase of the vehicle you choose.
