I usually allow questionable customer service "go" but after my poor experience with the Service department at Palm Bay Ford, I felt obligated to talk about it. My husband and I have been to Palm Bay Ford on 4 separate occasions to get oil changes done on our car, we only got the oil changes done twice. Excellent sales people and staff
Always had good service in past and have purchased 2 vehicle and do all my service there. Left 2 voice messages with 2 different service reps last Saturday with still no reply. The young lady answering the phone redirected me twice and was very helpful.I can understand maybe 1 message being missed or over looked, but 2 with 2 different reps..Has anything changed there, very disappointed, and have yet to get a response from service on a small issue with my new ford focus, disappointing indeed.
