I usually allow questionable customer service "go" but after my poor experience with the Service department at Palm Bay Ford, I felt obligated to talk about it. Excellent sales people and staff
Always had good service in past and have purchased 2 vehicle and do all my service there. Left 2 voice messages with 2 different service reps last Saturday with still no reply. The young lady answering the phone redirected me twice and was very helpful.I can understand maybe 1 message being missed or over looked, but 2 with 2 different reps..Has anything changed there, very disappointed, and have yet to get a response from service on a small issue with my new ford focus, disappointing indeed.
