In June 6th 2017 We bought a new 2017 Ford Escape from Basil Niagara Falls . We paid $100 up front for the registration, and waited weeks for it to come in the mail. Finally on July 11th out of desperation, I called the salesman who told me the registration was there in the "title" office and had been there for weeks!! The bank wouldn't approve me for the car that I was looking at due to the older year and the mileage, etc. Even though they all act like they will get you approved no matter what, I wouldn't have given them a bad review simply because of them not getting me approved. I would like to thank Basil truck center for getting me back on the road after my 06 f250 diesel started leaking fuel in Canada in about an hour I was back on the road home to Virginia. They dropped what they were doing at the end of the day on July 3 no less to get me and my wife going again. Not your typical dealership! Thanks Tammy, Head macanic Mike and Joe the parts guy. VERY disappointed in the service. I was told 2 to 3 hours, I returned to pick up and it had not been touched. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that I had 4 to 5 hours of work that had to be done, and was treated like I was silly for expecting that my car be done. I left with my untouched car, and will not be back.
Amazing experience!!! From start to finish I'm beyond happy with my vehicle let alone the customer service from the Walden location. Thank you Chris, Mariah, and Jordan!!
