Our battery died, AAA came and gave us a jump, but we needed a new battery. It was rush hour and traveling to our usual dealership was go j bg to be a nightmare. I called Basil, was told " come on in" and in 20 minutes was pulled into Quick Lane! My daughter goes the college in buffalo and she had a car accident. We asked the tow truck driver where the closes ford place was with a collision shop, they suggested Basil ford. I drove there to see the car and they were not helpful. They did not keep me posted about the car and if the insurance people came, they told me that the car was fixable but the insurance said it is totaled.
