This was my first time bringing my truck to Basil Ford. I just recently leased it from here. Wow was I ever surprised. Andrew was the gentleman that waited on me and his politeness and concern was a pleasant surprise . I had a flat tire I needed fixed . Andy also noticed that there was a recall for the door locks on my truck. Andrew is a gem. He left a stapler in my car but it was no big deal. Kinda funny actually. Everyone else is super nice too. I always go there when I get my car inspected.
Jose did a great job getting me in for an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and wash! The wait time went incredibly quick and was painless due to Basils great waiting area. Keep it up guys!

Was having issues with my wiper fluid lines bring frozen with the weather being so awful I was uncomfortable driving without being able to see, they fixed it extremely fast and were so nice! I’m definitely buying my next car here :)

Basil on Walden has been awesome to me. They get me apt’s ASAP - tell me what’s wrong with my car before so I know what to expect price wise. Go over what was done so I understand. I am looking for a smaller suv and I had several salesman willing to help but I want to stick with my previous salesman Nick Valianti and he was very patient with me, and help me get what I wanted at that time in 2015. If your looking for reliability in you salesman, and most important (to me) service dept, Basil on Walden is the place to go.
The service was excellent at Basil Ford, thanks to Tyler Smith for helping me with my repair.
They always provide prompt courteous service. Big shout out to Andrew for our Escape and Tammy and crew for keeping my F250 on the road.
