When I went to Basil looking for a new SUV I had planned on just looking at what selection they had and wasnt even sure I would be getting a new vehicle. He recommended the best route on how to fix my Ford Escape and followed up with scheduling and coverage . The best experience that I have had at a dealership. Highly recommend Basil Ford. Mike B. was so easy to deal with on the sales side, not pushy and listened to everything I had to say. Ben A. in finance was great too. There were a couple small dents in the vehicle, but Mark from the collision center took care of them for me. From start to finish, not one complaint. I will be back for my future purchases!!!

Another recall on my Escape, I made the appointment. Upon calling to confirm the appointment they had run out of parts and know one informed me so I would have driven a half hour to get there. New appointment made, car ready I needed a shuddle. Sam arrived 2 hours late stating he had wrong information, could have called Basil. Then proceeds to take a very long route back to Ford because he wanted change in scenery. When I got the car, there was little heat so Jason added more coolant. Went for an oil change and tire rotation and was out in 45 minutes! The staff was super friendly and informative! This is the only Basil dealer I will go to for any type of work on my vehicle and I’ll be leasing my next vehicle from here as well!
