Basil Ford is a great dealership. Their sales and service staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Worst service ever. Quick lane? 6 hours they had my car and all I needed was 2 tires put on... Go to pick it up, I'm told they haven't even started the work yet! Was given a loaner car with no gas. 12 miles to empty! Never again...
