Had an appointment at 5:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour later, my car was not pulled in - went back to ask and was advised that the techs pulled in another Escape instead of mine. They finally pulled in my car and worked on it. Ridiculous!! If your going to be open late, have more techs working!!!
I hate car shopping. Went to another dealer first. Had a very terrible experience. Then we went to Basil. Mariah Irish, Bill Bohn, and Don Brownell made the process quick and easy. I got the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted to be at. Love these guys!
Basil was awesome! They gave me a great deal and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Their follow up is admirable, checking in to see how I was enjoying my new Ford Escape and if I needed anything!
