I would like to thank Basil Ford of Cheektowaga for all the help that they have given me through this stressful time. I purchased a car from Basil in January and it was hit while it was parked by a zip car rental and the car was not drivable. Zip car did nothing to help me but tell me it takes 72 hours to get a claim number and they could not help me until then. This may come as a huge shocker but yes, my new car is again broken. First the AC Unit went, then the speedometer, the tire blow out now the shocks. Ford will not take the car back and Basil Ford is about as useful as a boil on my ass!!! Stay tuned, as always something else will fall apart on this new car. I am driving my 5th vehicle from Basil Ford. I really like the features and accessories that are available and the ease of purchasing. The service department personnel are always on time with appointments and I never have to wait long. I will be returning to Basil Ford in the future!
Never ever ever again will I get a vehicle from this company. I brought it in after experiencing multiple issues over the course of a few weeks all relating to electrical problems. I dropped it off and three days later they still had no answers for me and advised I drive it and when it has a problem again bring it back because it wasn't acting up when they had it.
