I have had nothing but good experiences at Basil Ford. Despite having a issue that needed a lot of time to pin point I was taken care of with having the Courtesy vehicle until my Truck was fixed. I was there today and my issue has been resolved along with another issue I had unrelated to the issue of my appt and I was taken care of and really appreciated the kindness.
