Worst sales department I can think of made an appointment to test drive a vehicle on Friday Told them I would be there around 4 on Saturday on way home from work, get a text from sale saying somebody else is test driving the vehicle I get there and they say the vehicle is sold, What is the purpose of having appointments if there not going to honor them

This dealership has the worst service department I have ever dealt with and is absolutely terrible . No one even wanted to approach us to help us at first either . And the first woman to approach us from the department looked absolutely miserable and was very short with us . The way this dealership treats customers in service is disgraceful and we will NOT EVER be returning to this dealership for any of our vehicles ever again.
I brought car in for recall on the phone the lady stated she will put in for a oil change after a long day left later I'm the evening i realized they never did the oil change
