Andrew was a great guy and did everything he could to help me but I bought a car for 17000 with brand new tires did not give me a wheel alignment one year later I had to put brand new tires on my vehicle on all wheel drive not my fault had a very bad wheel alignment destroyed my tires not happy

I had a severe steering problem and after being told on the phone that the earliest appointment was 6 days away, took it to the Quick Lane to have a service rep listen to m y car. After determining that the car was unsafe to drive, they got me in same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the rack. Problem solved!!!
