The customer service is great. Our battery died this past weekend, once we got a jump from AAA we drove right over to Basil Ford. Andy in the service department took great care of us. He was very professional, kept us up to date with what was going on with our car & was also very efficient! Our experience even though it was on a beautiful sunny day was excellent!

Had to have my wiper witch replaced. The waiting area was clean and the staff were very pleasant and professional. My only suggestion is staying what the charges on your statement is for rather than...MISC which stands for Miscellaneous. I’m sure people want to know what the charges are for even if they’re only paying a deductible. Overall good service😉.
