I luv basil fords service dept that is why I bought my car at basil . When you make an appointment they repair your car in a reasonable amount of time and do a great job . Everyone is friendly, I like the car rental idea and the shuttle. I will buy my next car at basil because of the service dept . I live closer to Dave Smith ford but there service sucks .
