NEVER go to Basil for anything! I bought my car back in May and they have messed up ton of things! My windshield was cracked when it was being delivered, paper work wasn’t done correctly twice, my center console doesn’t unlock, and I also don’t have the wheel lock key to get my tires rotated. They did agree to fixing everything, however here we are almost 5 months after the fact and they are giving me the run around to actually scheduling something to get the work done.
