Service department is terrible. They have a window section in the waiting room that allows you to watch the technicians screwing around and neglecting your car, answering the question of "why did it take an hour and a half to rotate my tires". Today they told my wife that her brake pads failed inspection, her brakes are fine, and wanted to charge her 400 dollars to fix them because it is recommended to change your rotors with your pads.
