I spent almost $27k on a 2019 Subaru WRX it had 18k miles and was owned by 1 other person on a lease for 1 year. I financed it and have had nothing but problems. apparently the previous owner had modified the exhaust, aftermarket air intake, headlights, and completely voided any and all warranty. NOW 6,000 miles later the check engine light comes on and leaves me on the side of the road all because of a MAF code. Car goes into limp mode, wont go over almost 45 mph. TERRIBLE!!!
Easily the most positive buying experience I’ve had in years. Majority of transaction was completed via text, email, and phone. No silly dickering over trade-in value. Everyone was professional. Safety of both customer and sales staff was taken seriously. Love, love, love my new 2020 Edge!

Ed Hahn did a great job. I gave him my specs. and he gave me a list of matching Explorers. Did everything online and by phone in a timely manner. Bought a great car, with good rebates and financing. When I replace my truck it will be at Basil.
Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice staff. Difficult circumstances for sure but the entire experience was handled so professionally. I totally appreciate how easy they made something I was not looking forward to!
