Negotiated a good price. Gave a good trade in value. Should offer free oil changes like other Basil locations. Not sure why since Basil is Basil.

Chuck has a great team. I sent my friend to speak with Mariah Irish and she was fantastic. She ended up factory ordering a pickup to his needs. It was great to hear from my friend that they were so well cared for and Mariah was so responsive. I will continue to work with Mariah and Basil Ford.
During Covid-19 we struggled to find a vehicle that fit our families needs! Basil Ford made it easy to purchase while maintaining distance. We are very satisfied with the sales department!
