I hate buying new vehicles because the process and I feel like the sales person and the manager are always so pushy and don’t like when you are not buying what they are trying to sell you. I have always gotten excellent service at Basil Ford The service people are friendly, informative and very helpful when you take your vehicle to Basil. It’s a pleasant experience they have computers to use, tv to watch, coffee and goodies to eat and if there is an unexpected problem you are informed and asked to confirm the work. If the work takes a little longer they have a free ride service which I have used.

Mike McGill was very helpful with finding the specific 2020 Explorer I wanted. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the first time I bought a car from this dealership. My husband and I have been Westherr customers and have had a couple not so great experiences with them. This Basil store is better! Thank you Basil and Mike McGill!
So unhappy! Car was fixed due to a recall. Immediately when pulling out I have a vibrating under my gas pedal. Never there before! They say, not them! So disappointed!
