Bought a Ford Escape a year ago from here. Immediately noticed it shifted hard. Brought it back they told me “oh it’s just how Escapes shift. 7 months later the transmission light comes on and it won’t shift. I bring it to them they tell me it’s 2 weeks out of the power train warranty it needs a transmission overhaul. They refuse to help with cost. I picked up the vehicle I was charged $150 for them to read a code! Something an auto parts store does for free!! I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor will I ever ... read more
