Definitely not satisfied they never charge me to see what’s wrong with my car!! The person helping me seem a little bit nasty and rude ! Won’t be coming back will be looking for a new mechanic around the area! Trying to charge me 900$ just for breaks roters and pats smh..

just purchased our 2nd vehicle in 2 years from Basil, and our experience was exactly the same as the first time. Excellent, Ed Hahn was great to us, our regular sales guy Jeremy recommended him and we couldn’t possibly be happier with the entire experience!!
Bill Bohn and his sales staff are incredible. Despite a few hiccups in the financing (from my end), they were accommodating and allowed for a very quick and smooth transaction. Again, can’t recommend this place enough.
Made an appointment and car wasn’t acting up. Left car overnight and was told it would be driven FIRST thing in the morning. Called to check on car at 12:30 and was told it wasn’t even in the shop. Called back at 1:30 and car still hadn’t been driven. Finally received a call at 4:15 saying that the body shop was closed so they couldn’t drop off car there like they were supposed to to take a look at a separate issue, but I could bring it back and drop it off on a Monday and leave it to be looked at.
