I wanted to talk a little bit about my experience with this dealership. If I had to rate it I would give it 5 out 5 🌟 . The salesman ( Ian Schultz) was very professional/ wasn’t trying to hassle me and wanted to see if he could get me the best possible deal for where I wanted to be price point wise. Even with the bank I wanted to go with he convinced me to allow his manager to see if there was anything else he could do . Basil Ford Cheektowaga - I recommend them because the service was great, they were very accommodating, communicative, and were able to find the vehicle I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. Doug was a great sales person, not pushy, listened to what my needs were, explained all the rebates, and ongoing deals available, and they had on the lot exactly what I was looking for, a 2020 Escape Hybrid with AWD.
Fast good quality service always kind and considerate and they explain everything I have been leasing cars from them for many years
