I took my SUV in as a recommendation from my mechanic and they were very nice. They did a full diagnostic, and even though my useless warranty did not cover any repairs I needed, I felt no pressure from them to repair the list of items they found wrong with my vehicle. I highly reccomend them for anybody who has a Ford and wants a repair done right.
From the moment I walked in my salesperson Jeremy was courteous and helpful into getting my the best deal so I could afford a brand new car, before leaving the dealership he made sure I knew everything about my new Escape even set up my phone for me. Very nice people to deal with including Don the finance manager
