My wife and I bought our wedding rings from here, and we were blown away by not only the service from Eddi and Joanna, but by the whole experience. It was amazing to be shown through the whole building, how they make the rings and the care that goes into them. Thanks Queensmith!

I got my engagement ring from Queensmith in February and Joanna was nothing short of incredible. Her knowledge, support, and warmth made the whole experience so easy, we felt completely confident in both her and Queensmith from the start. I also want to thank Brett for doing my annual ring checkup, I’ve never felt so well looked after. It’s clear that customer care is truly a priority here!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and it is absolutely beautiful. He was able to personalise the design, and the staff were incredible. We also bought our wedding bands here and the level of service has been excellent. We would certainly recommend!

This review is LONG overdue, but better late than never! I guess I’ve just been basking in the beauty of my ring! After trying on engagement rings everywhere— from Tiffany’s in Beverly Hills to DeBeers, Harry Winston, and more in London, nothing seemed to really be the ONE. I had a fantastic experience at Queensmith buying an engagement ring. The service felt premium and bespoke. Eddi is clearly exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to help us find the perfect engagement ring, taking into account precise details requested. He was patient and kept us laughing throughout.
