Was my first time coming here as I was in a hurry and needed my nails done for my family event. When I came in I was greeted politely and instantly acknowledged, everyone here was so wonderful, I was asked what I wanted to be done and they delivered! I was served by Cris (so lovely and polite) My nails were were finished within the hour | literally have not been happier! Very impatient staff and annoying doesn’t even try to make the customer satisfied with the service and trying to finish quickly to go to next customer.Not recommended

One nail came after 3 days, another after 6. Paid £70 for acrylics, extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend and am never coming back. When reached out was told to take better care of nails and offered to fix with an upcharge, clearly they do not stick to their price list and makes up the total cost randomly.
