This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment for 9am on December 31st because I had a crucial event that day and needed to leave for London promptly. I arrived just before 9am, only to find the salon closed. I waited for another 10 minutes—nothing. I called them, no answer. After standing outside for 20 minutes, I had enough and left. I have been a regular client for blow drys over the years, I had been told that a fringe cut would be £5, as I had my blow dry along with my fridge cut today she tried charging me £10 there has always been a mis clarification with price on several occasions, I would assume whomever goes for a service ask price before service as u would not want to be embarrassed in front of customers this is how I felt today they have no respect for their regular clients it’s a shame

Had a hair cut today and ended up with different length on the back. I mentioned it when done and was told this was due to it being blow dried. I have come home and straighten it and still can see the back length is uneven in the middle Now have hair that looks awful. Will have to get it all cut to balance it . Never recommend this lady. She said she had experience of 30 years as a hair dresser . You can clearly see her experience in pics . I really regret it I should not have gone there 😡

They did nice haircut but without asking me they used thinning scissor to thin hair to 10 yrs and for curly hair thinning scissor is not good, it will damage hair. They should know about it.
