Been a few times now for Sunday lunch and meals throughout the week. The food is amazing every time, The portions are very generous and I always manage to clear the plate though. The staff are lovely and always very friendly I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a meal and a drink.
Staff were great nice and friendly however food tasted nice but was freezing cold which spoilt it.
The hotel staff are lovely and the food is good in the pub downstairs. The atmosphere is really great and it’s in a lovely part of Sunderland. The rooms are really big and comfy.
Went with sister for carvery lunch. Price was reasonable. Got served quick. Room we had meal in was like set up for a function. Very very nice. Lots to choose from. Mmmm food could be a lot hotter!! Food price service decor was very good. Defo go again
Very quiet , toilets not up to standard , was only given 4 stars for food and hygiene
