Was in here this morning and wasn’t impressed, the guy doing my nails cut me with the machine twice and when taking my old gel off took my nails down to my last layer of skin that it was a burning sensation when under the led lamp. Staff very rude and talk their own language among each other and comes across that they could be talking about people in the shop.Very eerie atmosphere Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to had better service and nails for a cheaper price

I've been coming to Queen Nails for about 10 months now, and I always leave with the most beautiful nails! Every technician is so talented and it really shows! I get so many compliments on my nails and it's down to the creativity and hard work of the technicians. What a waste of my time. Made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived and then sat in a queue. Sat for 30mins before i realised they actually wasting my time and take a appointment and then still make.you follow a line. Ridiculous. So annoyed as they may not value customers time... but i do mine.
