They do a really great job! Highly recommend.
I’ve been having my nails done at queen nails for 3 years now with no issues. However my last set fell off in just over a week, I thought it was a one off yet I got my nails done last week and all but two nails have fallen off. I attempted to contact the company directly but after 4 days with no response I don’t know what else to do

Hi, I just want to say that I’m very disappointed with my nails. I showed you a picture of what I wanted, but what I received was completely different and very poor quality. After applying the acrylic, you rudely said “finished” without even checking if it was okay. When I asked if this was really the final result, you and your colleague (who spoke Chinese) laughed at me, which was extremely disrespectful. I will never come back again.
